We had an amazing experience at CiCi’s Pizza in Denton while celebrating our son Ian’s 2nd birthday with over 40 family members. Despite having such a large group, plus all the other customers coming in, the staff handled everything with kindness, patience, and a smile. A special thank you to the cashier, the manager on duty, and the wonderful lady who kept the dining area clean. They were all incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made our entire family feel comfortable. They also made sure our little Ian enjoyed his special day, which meant so much to us. As a thoughtful courtesy, they even gave us the choice of complimentary brownies or cinnamon rolls, which was such a sweet gesture. Everything tastes better when shared with family, and they helped make our celebration even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding customer service and hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we highly recommend this CiCi’s Pizza location to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere! ❤️

I moved into this area and found this Cici's Pizza. I have been eating at Cici's Pizza since I was a little kid and I will always continue to as well. Alex is the General Manager of this particular location and he definitely has this place running well. First to start off with Christina greets everyone from the moment they walk in the door and gets them situated right from the start. I was actually surprised to see this place packed early in the afternoon. Every inch of this location is clean and organized including the restrooms being very clean 👌. The entire staff is working hard to keep the pizzas coming and the busboy is working extremely hard and fast so the next guests can have a seat. Overall great experience. Definitely coming back.

Alex is awesome. He is always so friendly and attentive. The salad bar has a great selection at this location. Thanks for a great lunch.

Can you recall the cicis of your youth? The cicis with birthday parties and memories. Gazing at the pizzas lined up and lit like a heavenly shrine. Seas of sauce and flavor. It seemed an impossible promise as a child, infinite pizza, it went against everything we knew about how the world worked, yet here it was. Years later you return to that same cicis pizza and realize that maybe that promise was truly a lie. The pizza looks old and stale. It's staffed by a living manifestation of the decimation of the American working class. There is a general feeling in the air of being abandoned, abandoned by the joy that used to fill this place. Or maybe it was always like this. The memory is only joyful because it was viewed through the rosy lenses of a naive child. The world is darker then we thought. All of our Chuck E. Cheezes were actually Freddy Fazbear's. You've grown up now. You go to college. Your college town? Denton Texas. One day you decide you want to go to Cici's again, for even if it is not what you were promised it still brings comfort. A larger CiCis than other locations than I've been to and cleaner than most. The food has improved tremendously since I've been there last. First time I've been to this particular location and was 110% satisfied....except for the manager that hassled me about taking pictures of the food on the buffet line. Kept telling me it was against corporate policy but couldn't show me any documention and wouldn't even try to pull it up online when I asked. That's why I give this place a four star rating. Other than that mess this place was great. They allowed me to take home the few slices of the pizza that I had special ordered thatI couldn't finish. I recommend this place if you're hungry and want to eat a lot of pizza! They have a stuffed crust also that's pretty tasty. Recommend this place!
